What is TuneSalon AI?

TuneSalon AI is a fine-tuning platform that lets anyone create custom AI models, no coding, no technical setup. Pick a model, upload your data, and train. Use cloud GPUs for power, or your own hardware for complete privacy.

Why I Built This

When OpenAI first introduced GPTs, it was the first time I heard about customised AI models. The idea stuck with me. An AI that already knows how you think, how you write, what you need, without explaining yourself every time. That sounded genuinely powerful.

So I dug deeper and discovered the world of fine-tuning and machine learning. I was hooked. But I quickly hit a wall. Fine-tuning back then meant wrestling with Python environments, CUDA drivers, model configs, training scripts. A mountain of technical setup before you could even start.

I gave up. But the idea never left.

Years later, I came back to it with a different question: why is this still so hard? The tools had improved, but the barrier was still high. You still needed to be a developer to fine-tune a model. That felt wrong. The people who would benefit most from custom AI are often the ones least equipped to build it themselves.

So I decided to break that barrier down. That's how TuneSalon started.

Who It's For

Anyone interested in making AI their own.

You don't need to know what LoRA means, or how GPU memory works, or what a training epoch is. If you have an idea for how you want AI to behave, whether that's matching your writing style, understanding your industry, or following your specific workflow, TuneSalon handles the technical side.

And this is just the beginning. Fine-tuning is evolving fast. Mixture-of-experts models, agentic behaviours, new techniques we haven't seen yet. As the field grows, TuneSalon will grow with it. The goal is to keep this world accessible, no matter how advanced the technology gets.

What Makes Us Different

Most fine-tuning tools fall into two camps: easy but locked-in (you train on their platform, you stay on their platform), or powerful but technical (open-source tools that assume you're a developer).

TuneSalon sits in between. You get a simple interface that anyone can use, but with real flexibility. Choose your base model, choose your GPU tier, export your adapter and take it anywhere. Your model, your data, your choice.
